Alberto Oggero Roero Arneis 2022 (12 Bottles) Piemonte, Italy

This comes from two sandy parcels in the vineyards of S.S. Half was pressed as whole bunches and fermented with indigenous yeasts, while the other 50% spent three days on skins for a little extra grip and to capture the flavour from the external landscape. Aging was half in stainless steel and half in large, untoasted Slavonian oak barrels.
