An Approach to Relaxation Nichon Semillon 2019 (12 Bottles) Barossa Valley

This fantastically textural and refreshing Semillon Sauvignon Blanc comes from the loving and brightly nail-polished hands of Richard and Carla Betts, two travelling American ex-Sommeliers who have a deep love for the great wines of the world made from these varieties. The Semillon fruit is grown by gnarled old bush vines in the sandy soils of the Vine Vale sub-region of the Barossa. A splash of SB from the Adelaide Hills adds a little pop and crackle to the finished wine.
