Fresh cherry and poached strawberry are followed by brown spice, toast and floral aromatics. The palate runs from a lush inviting front to flavours of black tea and a light char. The vintage has produced a beautiful tannin balance and a long, fine finish. We work with Simon Harte at the Full Moon Vineyard in the Upper Yarra Valley.
