Upper Yarra Valley Pinot Gris from the dark red/brown volcanic soils of the Gunnabee Vineyard near The Patch in the Dandenong Ranges. VOLUME = 1572 x 750mL bottles. 14 days on skins, then pressed to old puncheons where it goes through full malolactic fermentation prior to 4 months ageing at cool temps. No adds apart from a bit of sulphur at bottling.
