Bellbrae Estate 2009 Bellbrae Estate Winkipop Sparkling Shiraz (6 Bottles) Geelong, VIC

Vinified in 2009, this wine was ‘tiraged’ (bottled with yeast to create the bubbles) in 2011 and left for 8 years to mature. In that time the yeast has broken down to create a great texture which has further complemented the already full flavours of the rich Shiraz. 10 yr old Tawny Port essence abounds and gives some life whilst a hint of sugar syrup fills the palate and complements the Shiraz richness.
