Bellwether Museum Chardonnay, made by Sue Bell from Tasmania’s prized Tamar Valley fruit, is a beautifully evolved cool-climate Chardonnay. Wild-fermented and aged in seasoned French oak, it opens with aromas of lemon curd, flint and toasted hazelnut. Vegan friendly and made with minimal intervention, this limited-release museum wine is ideal with roast poultry, lobster or creamy risotto.
