The nose leads with classic blackcurrant, cassis and mulberry, layered over dried herbs, cedar, graphite and a lick of vanilla, chocolate and butterscotch from its time in French and American oak. The palate is deep ruby with purple hues, structured yet elegant, delivering ripe dark fruits woven with tobacco leaf and dark chocolate.
