Brash Higgins CHN Chenin Blanc 2024 is a single-vineyard, dry and textural Chenin from Blewitt Springs, McLaren Vale, grown on 35-year-old vines over deep white beach sands. The wine is vibrant and layered, with aromas of lemon verbena, ginger, papaya, preserved lemon, quince, and honey, followed by additional flavors of apple, straw, fennel, and celery root. Expect a saline, minerally edge, lots of grip, and finesse without any oak showiness.
