The handpicked grapes went through four whole weeks of carbonic maceration before being lovingly crushed and set for a sleep in barrels for 18 months. It's a belter - jumping out at you with character, personality and a whole lot of flavour that just screams "DRINK ME!" This is a new addition to the BNW stable, and was only made in teeny amounts, so we recommend you get it while it's hot.
