Struck match on white peach with lime custard and textural minerality. This wine will drink well now and into 4-5 years in a well cellared environment. A very early start to the Hunter vintage in 2024, influenced indeed by an early Easter. Crop levels were down but we have great flavour concentration across the board from all of our vineyards.
