Vibrant, luminous deep cherry. Incredibly perfumed exhibiting hints of violet, black cherry, spice and anise. Initially, in the mouth, it tastes of cherry, rose petal, spice and fennel then as the wine is rolled around the mouth the weight and structure evolve declaring some balanced acidity and evident fine savoury tannins.
