By.Ott Côtes de Provence Rosé 2024 from Provence is a pale, ultra‑refined dry rosé that pretty much defines modern Mediterranean drinking, all delicacy, perfume and saline freshness in a beautifully presented package. Expect a very pale, onion‑skin/salmon hue with aromas of wild strawberry, white peach, citrus zest and redcurrant, layered with hints of rose petal, melon and a soft, herbal‑garrigue lift. Fine, talc‑like phenolics give a lightly chalky, food‑friendly finish rather than any sweetness.
