Gruner Veltliner is a widely planted variety in Austria and is well suited to the Adelaide hills climate. A mild, dry vintage allowed us to pick at the optimum time and the grapes were wild fermented in French Oak barrels. The resultant wine exhibits great minerality, length and spice with a delicious kick of butterscotch.
