Crafted from 50-year-old Chardonnay vines in the low-lying Chemin de Flavigny and Plivot parcels on pure chalk, this biodynamic Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut captivates with tension and density after 10 months in Stockinger vats and barrels. Aromas weave lemon zest, white peach, pear, toasted hazelnut, brioche, white flowers, mint, chalk, and white pepper, unfolding into marzipan and beeswax depth.
