Chard Farm Viper Pinot Noir 2022 from John Wallace's intense Viper Vineyard in Central Otago's rugged Gibbston sub-region strikes like a coiled serpent, dark, savoury power meets velvety finesse in New Zealand's most dangerously drinkable red.
