Made from 100% Petit Manseng with approximately 35g/L residual sugar, it offers a charming nose of roasted quince, candied pineapple, and acacia honey. The palate delivers caressing sweetness balanced by crystalline acidity, aged for 8 months in single-wine barrels to develop its elegant complexity.
