Cradle of Hills GiGi Mourvedre Rosé 2024 by Cradle of Hills in McLaren Vale would follow the established GiGi style, a pale, dry, Mourvèdre‑led rosé with spicy summer fruits, Turkish delight perfume and a savoury, saline edge from the Sellicks hills. In the glass GiGi shows as very pale salmon‑pink, with notes of raspberry, red apple, strawberry and peppery spice, layered over Turkish‑delight florals and a touch of earthy, lime‑zest complexity.
