The estate's vines are planted on some of the greatest terroirs of Sancerrois: Les Monts Damnés, les Cous de Brault, le Chêne Marchand, in total around thirty plots facing south, south-east, which constitute the heritage of a long line of winegrowers. The “Domaine de Saint-Pierre” cuvée is the fruit of the blending of all these terroirs. The finish leaves an impression of freshness and a saline note that brings finesse and length.
