Domaine Asmara Private Reserve Durif 2019 from Heathcote is a monumental red, super‑full‑bodied, deeply coloured and built for long, patient cellaring. In the glass the colour is virtually impenetrable, almost black, with a powerhouse nose of blueberry, dark cherry and plum, wrapped in black and purple fruits and a velvety, mouth‑coating feel.
