Domaine Dubreuil Fontaine Pernand Vergelesses Rouge 2021 is a bright, village‑level Pinot Noir from the cool slopes behind Corton, showing that lovely mix of red fruit and earthy savouriness that makes Pernand such an insider’s commune in the Côte de Beaune. In the glass, expect lifted red cherry, raspberry and rosehip, hints of beetroot, light spice and a touch of undergrowth, carried on fresh acidity and fine, slightly rustic tannins that give a gently chewy, “bucolic” edge.
