Domaine Dubreuil Fontaine Pommard Premier Cru Epenots 2021 is a finely judged, quietly powerful Pommard, showing red cherry, raspberry and a little wild strawberry layered with violet, spice and that classic clay‑meets‑stone earthiness you expect from Epenots. On the palate it is medium‑bodied with a firm but well‑knit tannin line, juicy red fruits, a touch of darker berry and savoury spice, all carried by bright acidity into a long, mineral‑edged finish.
