This is a delightful addition to our sparkling portfolio. The domaine made its first crémant in 2004, and to this day, it remains a 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs sourced from a parcel of red Bourgogne Côte Chalonnaise. Unlike her Mercurey whites, Nathalie Theulot vinifies the juice at low temperatures (14°C) to preserve as much delicate red fruit aromatics as possible.
