Dominique Portet Single Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023, from winemaker Ben Portet in the Gladysdale sub-region of Yarra Valley (Victoria), is a superb expression of cool-climate elegance. Vibrant aromas of cherry, raspberry and plum are lifted by subtle florals and spice. The palate is medium-bodied, with fine chalky tannins and crisp acidity giving structure, while whole-bunch inclusion adds perfume and lift.
