Dormilona Clayface Cabernet Sauvignon 2024 is a distinctive and understated expression of Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River, crafted by Josephine Perry. This wine is made naturally with hand-harvested fruit from the Wallcliffe vineyard, organically farmed and fermented in Italian clay amphorae, which impart a unique mineral and earthy character. It shows aromas and flavors of plum, blackberry, herbs, bell pepper, and floral notes with medium acidity and tannins and a medium body.
