Dreissigacker Organic Dry Riesling, masterfully crafted by Jochen Dreissigacker at his biodynamically run estate in Bechtheim, Rheinhessen, Germany. This dry Riesling (Trocken) is wild-fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve purity and crisp acidity. The palate is precise and vivacious with racy acidity, layers of quince, white peach and a flinty, mineral-cut finish.
