Dreissigacker Vintages Weiss Riesling, NV - crafted by Jochen Dreissigacker at his biodynamic estate near Bechtheim, Rheinhessen, Germany. The aromatics are lifted: fresh lemon, nashi pear, grapefruit, with a dash of gingerbread spice and vanilla. The palate is bone-dry (~4.3 g/L RS), textured, and electric with vibrant acidity, tight mineral core and enduring length.
