Equipo Navazos La Bota 114 de Florpower MMXXI is an exceptional, unfortified white wine from Jerez, Spain, made from 100% Palomino grapes grown in the Pago Miraflores La Baja vineyard in Sanlúcar de Barrameda. Unlike typical fortified sherries, this wine undergoes biological aging under the flor yeast for around 8 months in traditional 600-litre casks, but without added alcohol, resulting in a fresh, lively, and elegant profile.
