The 2022 Grapefields Red is 100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vineyards in Porongurup and Mount Barker. The parcels were fermented in a variety of different ways in different vessels, with a common theme of short maceration times. This is a very high energy wine, with pomegranate, cherry juice and a little redcurrant.
