Fermoy Estate Coldfire Fumé Blanc, artfully created under the guidance of winemaker Jeremy Hodgson at Fermoy Estate in Wilyabrup, Margaret River, Western Australia. Pale straw with bright green hues, it reveals complex aromas of kumquat, lemon rind, pear, guava, and smoked almond. The palate is textured and richly layered-peach kernel, preserved lemon, flint, woodsmoke, and exotic spice harmonise with a glossy, textured acidity.
