Fermoy Estate Sauvignon Blanc, beautifully created by winemaker Jeremy Hodgson at Fermoy Estate in Wilyabrup, Margaret River, Western Australia. It pours pale straw with green tints, offering lifted aromas of nashi pear, guava, lemon barley, jasmine plus savoury nettle and cashew notes. The palate is textured and mouth-filling: pear, melon, guava lead into toasted nut and herb layers, finishing with talc-like mineral acidity, lemon leaf and passionfruit.
