After 15 years from the DOC, starting from the 2011 vintage to demonstrate how special it is for us, we have decided to "call it by name". This unique wine is produced almost exclusively in the municipality of Verduno, from the rare native Pelaverga Piccolo vine. That it is particular can be guessed from the color; but what is most fascinating is the unmistakable spicy scent, of pepper in particular, that's why Speziale.
