Gapsted Secret Harvest Pinot Gris Ramato 2022 (6 Bottles) Alpine Valleys

We have left our Pinot Gris on skins to extract more flavour and achieve a lustrous copper pink colour known in Italy as Ramato. The wine exudes aromas of fresh strawberries, raspberries and exotic tropical fruit. The palate is exciting and bright, with an exhilarating liveliness, juicy red berries supported by a pleasing texture derived from extended skin contact. A great accompaniment to barramundi baked in tomato and herbs, Thai salads or a fettucine in a ragu sauce.
