Greywacke Marlborough Pinot Gris 2023 is a rich, off‑dry, Alsace‑inspired gris from Marlborough, loaded with ripe fruit and spice yet kept in check by gentle acidity. You can expect aromas of pear, quince, apple, honeydew and stone fruit with hints of wildflower honey, rosewater, ginger and nutmeg. The palate is opulent and textural, with luscious pear, candied quince and vanilla cream flavours wrapped around a long, slightly oily, spice‑laced finish.
