The 2022 Chardonnay reflects that cool year in the Hilltops. With coolness comes higher acidity. The acidity accentuates the natural fruit sugars, making the wine feel complete and well-balanced. This vintage went into new French puncheons and the light oak tannins and flavours are evident.
