Hahndorf Hill Rosé 2025 from the Adelaide Hills is a pale watermelon‑hued, dry style made from elegant red varieties picked early for freshness, fine acidity and delicate colour. Aromas lean to cherry, quince, strawberry and crunchy apple skin, with that slatey Hills brightness keeping everything feeling super lively. It’s very much a modern, Provencal‑inspired rosé: fragrant, restrained and bone‑dry.
