Our preservative-free wines are aged in the bottle just as well as wines containing preservatives, with a minimum of five years of expected aging potential. To protect the wine from the oxidative effects typically encountered during bottling, we use state-of-the-art filler and screw capper. Our process ensures that the wine's quality and character are preserved, with the rest of the details remaining a secret. Lifted floral aroma that displays both black and blue fruits, with hints of liquorice, choc mint, plum, graphite and spice.
