A blend of 95% Shiraz and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon off dry‑grown, hand‑picked vines up to 80 years old, it’s all black cherry, cassis, mulberry and liqueur cherries, wrapped in chocolate, mocha, coffee bean, liquorice, charcuterie, anise, ironstone and violets.
