Head Riesling 2024 from Head Wines in Eden Valley is a finely etched, high‑altitude Riesling that captures all the drive, purity and minerality you’d expect from old vines on stony Pewsey Vale hillsides. In the glass it’s very pale straw, with freshly squeezed lime, lemon and grapefruit, green apple, sea spray and crushed stone, backed by hints of citrus blossom and subtle tropical notes as it opens up.
