It is certified organic from this vintage and built to age, even in 375ml. In the glass, Heathcote Estate Single Vineyard Shiraz 2022 shows an inky, dark purple‑red colour with brooding aromatics of blackberry, black cherry and dark plum, layered with liquorice, black pepper, ironstone, earth and subtle smoky, cedary spice from French oak.
