Hentley Farm Poppy Field Blend White is crafted by Andrew Quin at Hentley Farm in Barossa Valley, showcasing a harmonious field blend of Chardonnay, Riesling, Fiano, Viognier and White Frontignac. Pale straw with delicate green hues, it opens with lifted aromas of white peach, grapefruit zest, honeysuckle and soft floral notes. The palate is fresh and textural, with crisp acidity and subtle lees influence lending creamy weight, while mineral undertones frame a clean, lingering finish. Alcohol 12.5%.
