Planted at high density on a north-facing slope in this Burgundy-like cool climate, the hand-harvested Pinot Noir ferments wild with foot treading and whole bunch, then matures in seasoned French oak for elegant structure, minimal sulphur captures vivid fruit purity from 330m elevation gravelly soils.
