In the glass, this Jericho Fume Blanc 2024 is all lifted pineapple, passionfruit, nectarine and preserved lemon, layered with subtle smoky notes, brioche and roasted cashew from wild ferment and time in seasoned French oak. The palate is vibrant yet beautifully creamy, bright tropical fruit and citrus riding on a fine line of acidity, with lees‑derived texture giving a long, nutty, savoury finish that’s seriously moreish.
