Josef Chromy Tasmanian Cuvée NV is crafted by Josef Chromy Wines in Relbia, Northern Tasmania. This non-vintage sparkling blend of Pinot Noir (57%) and Chardonnay (42%) spends 18 months on lees without malolactic fermentation, achieving remarkable finesse. Pale straw in hue with a fine bead, it opens with aromas of crisp apple, lemon zest, and toasted brioche. The palate is vibrant and mineral-edged, delivering green apple, citrus, and subtle creaminess in elegant balance.
