From the ever-creative and driven Julien Sunier comes this bright and sappy new wine made of Gamay grown in Beaujolais Villages and Regnie. "The cuvée 'Wild Soul', is an anytime light red wine, unpretentious, with a great freshness and purity. Thanks to this fabulous gamay grapes so aromatic, planted on granitic terroirs." Vinification: Semi-carbonic maceration in berglass tank; no sulfur in vinification. Ageing: Ageing on the fine lees in 3000L concrete egg (no oxygen exposure); 10 mg of SO2 before bottling.
