This 100% destemmed Syrah, wild-fermented with 22-day maceration then nine months in old oak, emerges unfined and unfiltered, a fresh, Pinot-esque revelation of Kiwi Syrah mastery. Boysenberry and blackberry aromas entwine with black pepper, violets and herbal whispers, unfolding into a medium-bodied palate of savoury depth, finely balanced acidity and supple tannins that thrill with elegant crunch.
