Koerner Tiver Rosé 2023 is a finely tuned Clare Valley rosé from Damon and Maddy Koerner, blending Sangiovese and Sciacarello from the organically farmed Vivian Vineyard at Leasingham. Dry, savoury and beautifully fine-boned, it is a seriously refreshing pink with enough texture and detail to make a meal of it. Sour cherry, cranberry and rosehip tea drive the aromatic profile, lifted by sweet spice, minty herbs and a bright blood-orange tang.
