Think bright colour, pure red fruits and plush, soft texture rather than a heavy, old‑school Barossa red. The current Light Pass Grenache shows a lively aromatic nose of fairyfloss, strawberry, raspberry, plum and cherry, with hints of ruby grapefruit, honeysuckle, rose petal and gentle ginger spice. The palate is light‑bodied and full‑fruited, round and fleshy with a juicy mid‑palate, soft, supple tannins and a crisp, mouth‑watering finish that leaves lingering red‑berry flavour.
