Levantine Hill Optume Chardonnay, crafted by Paul Bridgeman from select parcels in the Upper Yarra Valley, Victoria, this flagship Chardonnay is a study in elegance and restraint. Hand-picked and whole-bunch pressed, it is fermented and matured in fine French oak, building texture and depth. Aromas of white peach, nectarine, and Meyer lemon mingle with almond meal, flint, and delicate spice.
