Living Roots Session Sauvy 2021 (12 Bottles) Adelaide Hills

Made from 2021 Sauvignon Blanc from our Aussie family’s Kuitpo vineyard, picked early for zesty acidity and lower natural alcohol. After pressing, 50% was fermented in old French oak. We added water to the skins and seeds to ferment, making piquette as an even lower alcohol component with varietal character and texture.
