Longview Fresco Nebbiolo 2024, from Fratelli Saturno’s Longview Vineyard in Macclesfield, Adelaide Hills, is a youthful, unoaked blend inspired by fresh Italian table wines. It pours a bright scarlet red and offers aromas of fresh red berries, rose petal and hints of herbs, evolving to clove, anise and wet earth. On the palate there is juicy cherry and strawberry core, crisp acidity and fine, well-structured tannins, framed by Longview’s signature ironstone minerality.
